Here are a few simple things you need to know before
enjoying your next vacation or getaway with us:
Bookings - You must stay a
minimum of 2 nights in our regular season
and
3
nights
minimum during the Christmas season and on holiday long
weekends. One night's non-refundable deposit is required
at time
of booking
and
full payment
is due 30 days prior to your arrival. A $300 refundable
security
deposit will also be required via credit card.
Cancellations -
48 hours or more in advance - full refund less the one
night deposit.
Less than 48 hours notice - no refunds.
Your HeliSprings Chalet will
be immaculately prepared for your arrival. Cleaning services
can be arranged during your stay for a nominal fee.
